The Community Receiver Installation is the gas installation running from the supply valve outside the building up to your meter.
For a single-family dwelling, there is no CRI (Community Receiver Installation) and the IRI begins at the supply valve outside the home. The law (1) requires the gas installation and equipment in your block to be checked every five years.
