Remember! Our staff will never ask you to pay them. The cost of the service will be added to the regular bill from your supply company.

Request accreditation

Staff from Nedgia or the authorised company who carry out periodic inspections, take meter readings or deal with an emergency relating to the natural gas infrastructure must always be duly identified with a Nedgia accreditation card.

Check that the uniform display either the Nedgia logo or the authorised company logo

Staff who assist you in your home must always wear the proper clothing identifying them as staff from Nedgia or the authorised company for regular inspections, emergencies, meter readings, etc.

Periodic inspection process, meter reading or emergency assistance

After you have checked and confirmed the above two points, the staff member from Nedgia or authorised company will then carry out their regular inspection or meter reading with the utmost speed and guarantee.

Payment

Remember you should never have to pay anything, either in cash or by card, during these home visits. If you are to be charged for such a visit, you will be notified of that in advance and it will be added to the regular bill from your supply company.
