Aimed at businesses and buildings in the service sector located in the Region of Madrid with a rated thermal output of over 70kW that convert their current boiler room to natural gas.

Cambia360 Plan for the service sector in the city of Madrid

Aimed at businesses and buildings in the service sector with a rated thermal output of over 50 kW that are located in the city of Madrid and convert their current diesel-powered boiler room to natural gas.

Up to €1.8 million

Grants of €1.8 million to fully or partially replace diesel-fired boiler rooms with efficient boilers and air-conditioning in the service sector until funds run out.

What the grant consists of

Madrid City Council is making this grant available to companies and buildings in the service sector with a rated thermal power greater than 50 kW, which are located in the city of Madrid and convert their current boiler room from diesel to natural gas.

Objective set by Madrid City Council

The Madrid 360 Strategy aims to halve the number of diesel boilers by 2027, i.e. from 4,500 boilers in 2019 to 2,250.

Maximum amount of the grants

The maximum amount of the grants will depend on the rated output of the new installation, according to the following formula:
