Who is it aimed at?
Aimed at homeowners’ associations’ and privately owned properties of 2 or more dwellings, or partnerships, which are located in the Community of Madrid and renew their current boiler room to natural gas.

Maximum incentive amount
The maximum amount of the incentive will be calculated using the following formulas, depending on the rated thermal input of the new installations (Pn).

Cambia360 plan for boiler rooms in the city of Madrid

Up to €1.8 million
Aid of €1.8 million to replace, in whole or in part, oil-fired boiler rooms with efficient boilers and air conditioning in their homes.

What the aid consists of
Madrid City Council is offering these grants to homeowners’ associations and private properties with two or more homes, as well as jointly owned entities, in all cases with a rated thermal input of over 50 Kw and that are located in the city of Madrid and convert their current diesel-powered boiler room to natural gas.

Objective set by the Madrid City Council
The Estrategia Madrid 360 aims to halve the number of diesel boilers by 2027, i.e. from 4,500 boilers in 2019 to 2,250.

The maximum amount of the Cambia360 Plan incentivewill be calculated using the following formula, depending on the rated thermal input of the new installations (Pn).
