The offer is aimed at homeowners’ associations
- Buildings with a minimum of 5 homes with centralised heating who want to individualise their heating but do not have natural gas in their building.
- Applicable to all distributors, except Aragón.

How can my association access the offer?
- At least 80% of the homes in the building must install natural gas with RL2 or RL3 access tolls.
- Agreement will be needed from the Homeowners’ Association (CCPP) where approval is provided for construction of the Community Receiver Installation (CRI) and it must be owned by the distribution company.

How will the customer benefit financially?
- The customer can receive from €350 to €750 depending on your consumption, the type of rate you have and the autonomous community where you are located.
- If you have a centralised natural gas supply where you live and/or a Community Receiver Installation (CRI) for gas has already been installed, we also have a great offer for you.

To comply with the provisions of Spanish Royal Decree 736/2020 on the “compulsory installation of a metering system for the individualised control of central heating”, heat cost allocators will need to be installed on each radiator. This requires a significant investment. If you decided to make this investment, it would also be the perfect time to decentralise your home and start managing your property individually. Furthermore, given the current situation, the tariff applied to domestic use offers a much more economical price than the wholesale tariff, which is applied to homeowners’ associations with centralised natural gas boilers.
