Forty-eight technical seminars have been successfully organised nationwide by the Nedgia Channel team; they began on 23 March with over 940 participating installers.
In addition to taking an in-depth look at technical issues that are essential for Nedgia in implementing gas, industry experts such as Testo and Thermor share valuable knowledge and the latest developments in appliances, strengthening the sector and fostering the exchange of experiences. This year, the presence of the EOP heads for each area was an enriching addition.
The main goal of these seminars was to consolidate the importance and effectiveness of the “gas the first time” concept. With the collaboration of Conaif in the organisation and training, the seminars addressed gas registration inspection criteria in depth, the most common anomalies in these inspections were shared and the main doubts were clarified.
Seminars that served not only to address technical issues but also for territorial and Large Consumption delegates to present Nedgia’s 2023 commercial strategies for both residential and large consumption segments. Public Offers were detailed and information provided on current campaigns.
Oleguer Berengué, head of Marketing and Customers at Nedgia, highlights that, “associations have positively valued the rapprochement and reconstruction of the relationship between Nedgia and installers".
Satisfaction survey results reveal notable interest in the new topics included in this year’s agenda on the development of renewable gas, applicable regulations and their direct implications for installers.
