Nedgia, in collaboration with the Association of Companies in the Installations and Energy Sector (Agremia), the Association of Manufacturers and Issuers of Heat Generators (FEGECA) and Madrileña Red de Gas, signed today the agreement for the implementation of the Boiler Room Renewal Plan in the Community of Madrid for 2022.
This Plan, which installation and maintenance companies are free to join, aims to convert old boiler rooms that use coal, diesel or other fuels other than natural gas, to new rooms with condensing boilers that use natural gas as fuel, improving the efficiency and safety of existing installations.
The amount of the incentives will be determined by the final power of the installed boilers, with a maximum ceiling of slightly more than €14,000 per case.
All conversions that meet the requirements established in the Plan and that have been or will be executed between 1 November 2021 and 31 December 2022 will be eligible for the incentives. These beneficiaries include property owner associations of two or more dwellings, or individuals or legal entities, who are owners or lessees, of:
– Privately owned properties with two or more dwellings.
– Residential buildings belonging to Property Owners Associations with a rated thermal power greater than 70 kW.
– Companies with rated thermal power greater than 70 kW.
– Tertiary sector buildings with rated thermal power greater than 70 kW.
The aid must be requested by the owners of the facilities through the installation companies that undertake the boiler room renovation, by applying online via the website www.cambiatucaldera.com.
As in the previous edition, the Renewal Plan will be exclusively processed online.
